  • Event Equipment Sales:
    We buy and sell event-related equipment like speakers, lights, and DJ consoles. All purchases and sales are subject to individual agreements regarding pricing, condition, and warranties.
  • Custom Agreements:
    Specific service details, pricing, and conditions are governed by separate agreements between Better Touch Technical Services and the client. Those agreements will override these Terms where applicable.

3. Payments

    We accept payments via bank transfers, credit cards, or any other method as specified in the contract with each client. Full payment details will be provided in the service agreement.
  • Payment Due Dates
    Payments must be made within the specified timeframe in the contract. Late payments may incur additional charges, including interest as stipulated in the service agreement.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Service Cancellation
    Clients can cancel their scheduled services with written notice. Refunds will be handled as per the individual agreement with each client. If the service has already commenced, a refund may not be applicable.
  • Refunds on Equipment Purchases
    Refunds for equipment purchases are subject to the condition of the product and the terms set forth in the sale agreement. Faulty equipment may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
